Macaroni Kid Review:
Nickelodeon’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Secret of the Sewer is an interactive, fun-filled exhibit at the Discovery Cube in Santa Ana.  Whether your favorite turtle is Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael or Michelangelo, one can experience what it’s like to train to be a hero in a halfshell.

Kids and any Turtle fan will enjoy exploring this exhibit.  It is filled with interactive stations where problem solving and teamwork skills are put to the test.  There is a maze where one can squeeze and maneuver their way through, under and over a series of ropes.  Another exhibit tests one’s ninja-pizza-making reflexes. Throughout the exhibit are areas where you can learn more about each turtle and their nemesis Shredder.

Also new in time for Halloween is the Spooky Science exhibit.  Each weekend visitors are encouraged to dress up for the weekend’s theme and explore the different “spooky” exhibits and shows.  All are kid friendly and suitable for the faint of heart.  Check out http://www.discoverycube.org/oc/exhibits/spooky-science/ for more details.
