Summer Camp

We offer the following activities on a daily basis: Arts & Crafts, Swimming, Reading, Math, Science, Field Trips, Indoor Play, Outdoor Play, Basketball, Tennis, and so much more!
LAUP
We have 2 LAUP programs that will prepare your child for Kindergarten helping them to develop socially and academically. Children must be 4 years of age before October 1, 2013 and live in Los Angeles County to be eligible.
Session Times:
Morning Session is from 8:00 am – 11:30am
Afternoon Session runs from 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm
Preschool
Our Diamond Bar YMCA Summer Preschool Program will be filled with many exciting learning activities and fun experiences for your children ages 2 – 5. The children will be working on academics using zoo-phonics, writing without tears and touch math as well as developing fine motor skills through manipulatives and hands on activities.
We will be going to the Maple Hill YMCA 2x a week for swimming lessons to help enhance their big motor skills as well as to teach water safety. For science we are going to be cooking and experimenting with different textures and consistencies.
