Mt. SAC Summer Learn to Swim Program is back! Registration is now open! We are thrilled to offer you and your family with a full program of classes this summer. We will be offering everything from Private Lessons, Group Lessons, Summer Swim Team, Intro to Diving, Water Polo, to Parent and Me classes! All classes are taught by qualified water safety instructors on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting.
Our summer session begins on June 12 and we are looking forward to seeing you soon.
We have several exciting new swim sessions, including:
Introduction to Spring Board Diving
06/19/2023 - 06/29/2023 M - TH, 5:00 PM - 5:50 PM
Ages 7-99 | Grades 2nd to 18+
This course is designed for those interested in an introduction to springboard diving. No experience is necessary.
Learners will:
1) Improve body coordination
2) Learn the proper spring board diving positions
3) Learn how to use a diving board and be able to swim to the side

This course is designed for those interested in an introduction to water polo. No experience is necessary.
Learners will:
1) Improve treading ability.
2) Learn proper water polo passing and shooting.
3) Learn the fundamentals of playing water polo.
