During our recent spring break escape, we stayed at the Inn by the Harbor in Santa Barbara, one of the many prestigious hotels from the Santa Barbara Hotel Collection. We were looking for a spacious room with a full kitchen, a hotel that included a delicious complimentary breakfast with family friendly accommodations. The Inn by the Harbor checked off all those boxes for our family on a recent visit to Santa Barbara.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest hospitality that instantly made us feel right at home. Daily happy hour offers complimentary wine, a charcuterie board, snacks, and cookies. The entire staff at The Inn by the Harbor went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect, making it truly unforgettable.
The ambiance at The Inn by the Harbor is simply a magical tranquil oasis. Surrounded by lush greenery with native gardens, the atmosphere surrounding the property is peaceful and rejuvenating. Whether we were lounging by the heated pool, strolling through the beautiful gardens, or indulging in their complimentary breakfast, every moment felt like pure bliss for our family!
And let's talk about the allure of this beachside escape! The hotel offers complimentary beach cruiser bicycle rentals which allowed our family to spend the day exploring the bicycle path along the beach and Stearns Wharf, the pier in the Santa Barbara harbor.
We ended up not needing to take our car out once while we were in town. We were able to walk across the street to the grocery store to get some necessary items to make dinner in our full kitchen and walk to the neighboring property, and also part of the Santa Barbara Hotel Collection, Brisas Del Mar, Inn At The Beach for complimentary DVD rentals, making it the perfect movie night at our hotel room. There was no need for the car with the perfect weather, walkability and prime location.
The attention to detail in the decor, the exquisite complimentary breakfast and happy hour on-site, and the array of family amenities available make it a fantastic destination for families of toddlers to teens.
